REFUND POLICY

Phoenix Technology provides strategy, consulting, and done-for-you execution services. Due to the nature of digital, labour-based, and time-intensive services, all payments made to the Company are final and non-refundable.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:
– Personalised strategy consultations
– Done-for-you funnel creation
– System setup and automation services
– Advertising setup or management
– CRM and software access
– Business suite maintenance fees
– Digital assets or frameworks provided
Once work has begun or access has been granted, the service is considered delivered.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
– A duplicate payment was processed
– Billing errors occurred
Such exceptions remain at the Company’s sole discretion.
3. Service Pause Option
Clients unable to continue due to personal or business reasons may request a temporary service pause of up to 90 days. Approval is discretionary.
